These COB Recessed Downlights use COB technology for wide-beam general lighting applications. The COB chips provide uniform, shadow-free light output with a continuous light-emitting surface. We machine the housings from aluminum on our CNC equipment. These product are designed for offices, public spaces, and commercial interiors. The standard beam angles are 60°, 90°, and 120°. The deep-set design controls glare for improved visual comfort in prolonged-occupancy spaces.

These COB Recessed Downlights fit standard drywall and plasterboard ceilings with 75mm, 90mm, or 120mm cutouts. They are commonly used in open offices, hospital corridors, school classrooms, and retail spaces. These product provide general lighting with uniform illumination across large areas. The wide beam angles of 90° and 120° are suitable for high ceilings and open spaces. The 60° beam works for task areas or lower ceilings. Multiple trim colors are available. The fixtures mount with spring clips for quick installation.
How to Select the Correct COB Recessed Downlights
First, measure your ceiling cutout. These product come in 75mm, 90mm, and 120mm sizes. Second, select your power based on space size and ceiling height. 6W for smaller rooms or low ceilings. 15W for large spaces or high ceilings. Third, choose your beam angle. 60° for task areas. 90° for general lighting. 120° for wide coverage across open spaces. Fourth, select your CRI. Ra>80 is standard for general spaces. Ra>90 is recommended for areas where color matters. Fifth, choose your color temperature. 4000K is common for offices. 3000K for hospitality.
Quality Evidence from Thermal and Optical Testing
Each batch of these product is tested for lumen output and beam uniformity. The COB chips are checked for color consistency. The optical systems are validated for even light distribution without dark rings. The aluminum housings are tested for thermal performance. We run a 72-hour aging test on samples from each batch.
